Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a place where you can bring your whole self. Every part of you is welcome here.
Therapy is a collaborative process where we come together in the service of what is most important and meaningful for you right now. As your therapist, I invite every aspect of your experience with deep respect and care. Your story, your process, and your goals for seeking out therapy are personal and unique. I am dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are and to supporting you along the path to where you want to be.
In our sessions, we’ll take time to unpack and explore what you want and what has been standing in the way of realizing it. We’ll identify and transform patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you and that are holding you back from living a more authentic and fulfilling life. I’ll support you in tapping into your existing strengths and your innate capacities to heal and grow while providing you with tools and practices to bring into your daily life.
Together, we’ll cultivate the skills, insights, and confidence that you need to create real and lasting change.
Individual therapy can support you in working with:
• Anxiety
• Self-esteem
• Life transitions
• Finding direction and meaning
• Life purpose
• Spirituality
• Trauma
• Self-harm
• Guilt and shame
• Early childhood experiences
• Relationship challenges

This work is especially helpful if you…

Want to be more in tune with your body and the messages it holds

Want to learn simple, powerful tools to take out of the therapy room and into your life
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
