This life is not something that we should ever have to do alone.
I’m so glad you’re here.
How I got here….
I came to this work by way of my own healing journey. From a very young age, I felt called to explore the deeper layers of this human experience. As a teen, I was drawn to Eastern contemplative practice and the connection of mind, heart and body through the doorway of the Vedas and the practice of yoga asana. I soon after discovered the healing power of dance and refuge in the teachings and practices of Buddhism, which remain my practice to this day. At the same time, I suffered deeply with my own inner struggles and confusion, and travelled many roads in search of a sense of belonging and peace in my heart.
Over the years, I have been blessed with therapists, teachers, healers, and mentors who have supported me along the road of healing. I have experienced the transformative power of being held and witnessed by a caring, compassionate other, and the life-changing impact of the work of psychotherapy. I have come to learn that only in inviting every part of myself to the table with compassion, care, and love am I able to truly feel that I belong in this world. Today, I welcome all parts of myself into every area of my life. Every part is welcome. Every part belongs.
Today, I am honored to be able to do this work, and to pass on the gifts that have been so generously been offered to me.
